Scots nod for Jamie
SHETLAND squash player Jamie Macaulay has been chosen in the team to represent Scotland at the forthcoming World Doubles Championships in Chennai, India, from 15th to 19th December.
Macaulay is joined by players from Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Inverness, Irvine and Montrose. He will be playing in the men’s doubles with Stuart Crawford from Irvine.
The squad will be accompanied by coaches Roger Flynn (Scottish Squash national coach) and Paul Frank (Scottish Squash national performance director) and managed by Linda Davie.
Frank said: “The World Doubles Championships are a crucial step on our path towards the 2010 Commonwealth Games.”
