Tankers sail to foreign ports
America and Europe were the destinations oil travelled to this week from Sullom Voe.
The Alfa Britannia sailed for Rotterdam on Friday with a cargo of 79,456 tonnes of crude while the Ocean Lady sailed for Portland in Maine, USA on Tuesday with 76,002 tonnes There was only one import, the Loch Rannoch arriving with 63,845 tonnes of Schiehallion oil last Wednesday.
The largest shipment of the week left on Tuesday when the British Kestrel left for Wilhelmshaven in Germany with 88,697 tonnes. There were no ship-to-ship transfers.
