Firefighters were called to a two vehicle RTC in Voe last night.
Two fire engines from Brae and one from Lerwick were called to the incident in Bankhaven at around 8.40pm.
The fire service said firecrews gave first aid to a man in his late sixties/early seventies before the arrival of the ambulance service.
