Bridge repairs carried out

Repairs have been carried out on a B-road bridge which led to a road closure.

The council has advised that the road over the Pettawater burn is now over after the parapet on the north side of the bridge was repaired.

The road is now open again to through traffic in both directions via Kergord.

Shetland Islands Council has apologised for any inconvenience caused.
