Police warns drivers of excess water on roads

Police have warned drivers to drive carefully on the isles roads as heavy rainfall leads to excess surface water.

On social media, Shetland Police reminded drivers to “drive to the conditions of the road”.

They asked drivers to slow down and to use dipped headlights to increase their visibility to other road users.
