Seven new Covid-19 cases takes isles’ total since start of the pandemic above 500 for the first time

Seven more Covid-19 case have been confirmed in the official figures for today (Friday).

The new cases take Shetland’s total since the start of the pandemic over the 500 mark.

Shetland’s latest seven day total now stands at 60 for the period up until 31st August.

Scotland has recorded more than 6,700 cases in the past 24 hour period.
