Fifteen new Covid cases recorded

Shetland has recorded a further 15 coronavirus cases today (Friday).

The isles have now recorded 108 cases in the latest seven days, according to the latest figures from the Scottish government.

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has asked people to socialise as little as possible over the Hogmanay period, as infection rates soar.

No new daily figures for Shetland will be announced until Wednesday, 5th January.
