Lead/Quality Operator at Thulecraft

Details:

The position initially involves learning basic operator duties. After a period of familiarisation and training the candidate will join a rota taking responsibility for early morning start-up and leading any evening or Saturday morning shifts.

The work isn’t heavy but is continuous throughout the shift.

Preferred applicants will have a background in an engineering discipline or one including factory start-up duties, and who have an appreciation of product quality and an eye for continuous improvement.

The employment package includes paid holidays, contributory pension and allowances for responsibility and shift working. There is also an annual bonus.
