We are recruiting for a QC supervisor to work in our Lerwick factory. This will be a full time position, comprising 40 hours per week, with some weekend working and the opportunity for overtime in our busy herring and mackerel seasons.

Factory experience, including filleting fish and grading is desirable, however full training will be given.
