A 78-year-old man has appeared in court to face three charges of sexual assault and two of stalking.
Daniel Ferrier, whose address was given as Shetland, appeared in private at Lerwick Sheriff Court today (Tuesday).
Ferrier entered no plea, was committed for further examination and released on bail.
A 20-year-old man who denies assaulting a police officer has been ordered to leave Shetland until his trial.
