This post is office-based and office hours (but can be flexible) based at the Shetland Hotel in Lerwick; to assist the Regional Manager in various ways, including but not limited to:

  • Admin, reservations, and correspondence for one-off events eg, Up-Helly-Aa in Lerwick, and other one-off events;
  • Health and safety paperwork, liaising with our advisers on day to day implementation of all and any recommendations;
  • Processing new starts; general HR paperwork; daily banking, and so on.

The Regional Manager requires assisting on the admin side of the day to day operations of our three hotels in Shetland.

You will have good communication skills, be adept and organised, and keep everything and everyone up to date. You should have a driving licence.
