Reading the Times last week I was quite surprised to read that the government’s transport minister was amazed that Serco was awarded the North Boat contract.
I mean to say that if he doesn’t know what’s going on who does?
You’ll not get one of them using the service and meeting the general public. Why should they when we pay for all their travel expenses by air and taxi? Their salary is just for saving and we’ll pick up the tab.
