Extra North Isles ferries to run tomorrow

Extra ferries will be running tomorrow between Unst, Yell and Fetlar.

The Unst Yoal regatta is being held in Unst tomorrow and all ferries into the isle have been fully booked. As a result extra services are being provided.

These are as follows:

Ferries leaving Gutcher to Belmont: 09:30; 10:00; 10:05; 10:30; 11:00; 11:25; 11:30; 12:00; 12:50.

Ferries leaving Belmont to Gutcher: 09:45; 10:15; 10:45; 11:15; 11:45; 12:35; 13:45.

Ferries leaving Belmont to Fetlar: 10:20 (goes on to Gutcher at 10:50); 11:40 (stays in Fetlar)

Bookings can be made at (01595) 745804.

Fine, but on the ferries page it says they can’t be booked. All very restrictive and confusing.
Back in the good old days they would have just switched to a shuttle service on both sounds so everyone knew what was what and everything went smoothly without any hassle at all.
