How many Councillors, From now and then, did not take part in some type of party, when they were teenagers or older,Now that they are not able to take part, They are trying to stop the youngsters,
Come on you bunch of so called Councillors give the kids a chance, Has there been any problems that has caused the Councillors to take away a night out for the teenagers, As there is not much activity for the youngster in Shetland, If they stop them they will have a rebellion on there hands.
What Bruce Irvine is saying it will include UHA Shetland, They are not drinking on the streets, so I would think that drinking in a bus would be within the law.
