Sumburgh Airport was evacuated yesterday after an electrical fire started.
Highlands and Islands Airport Limited say the small fire was in a non-public area, which was quickly extinguished.
The building was made safe, operations returned to normal and passengers were able to continue with their journeys.
An investigation is underway into the cause of the fire.
