Police are looking to speak to witnesses after a car had to carry out an emergency stop to avoid a collision with primary school children crossing the road.
A white Nissan was reported “travelling at excessive speeds” on Gilbertson Road near Bells Brae Primary School today (Monday) at 9am.
Anyone with information regarding the dangerous driving is encouraged to contact Lerwick Police Station on 101.
