Water supplies in Levenwick return to normal after burst pipe
Scottish Water confirmed this morning (Thursday) that water supplies are returning to normal in Levenwick.
Residents were warned yesterday they may not have any water, low water pressure or discoloured water amid the disruption to their supply.
“Water supplies which were affected by a burst water pipe are now returning to normal. We thank you for your patience and understanding during the incident.
“We have carried out a full repair of the fault and are now returning to normal service,” the water company said in a statement.
