AHS netball team through to final of Scottish Cup

The Anderson High School netball team beat Robert Gordon’s College from Aberdeen 36-32 in the semi-final of the Scottish Schools Cup.

The close victory took place in the AHS games hall at lunchtime today.

The AHS now head south to take on Holy Cross High School from Hamilton in the final at the Meadowbank Sports Centre in Edinburgh next Tuesday.

The AHS team comprised Debbie Smith, Megan Keppie, Liza Fullerton, Allie Elphinstone, Lauren Odie, Claire Morris, Emma Leask, Chelsea Jamieson, Haley Tulloch, Iona Holmes, Sophie May Leyland and Ann-Marie Kennerly.
