Pathetic rhetoric (Geoff McCarron)

I was watching the liars convention which passes for the Lib Dem conference on Tuesday when, among all of the pathetic rhetoric spouting from the television, I realised that not one, not a single Lib Dem policy has been utilised by the government.

Now, if I was a Lib Dem voter I would have been spitting feathers because one would have expected that in a partnership some of the policies which I voted on would be worked into the policy plan of the Tory/Lib Dem pact.

This just illustates how seriously the Tories take their alliance partners. They are simply using them to stay in government – nothing else!

I really can’t see how anyone can vote Lib Dem again, unless Clegg stands up for his voters and demands a proper say in governmental policies, but I can’t see that happening any time soon.
