Early departure for ferry

Passenger ferry the Hrossey is to leave Lerwick at an earlier time of 5pm today – due to poor weather.

 

She was due to depart at 7pm.

 

Serco NorthLink added delays into Aberdeen tomorrow are expected.

 

Meanwhile, the Hjaltland arrived in Aberdeen at 8.47am. She is due to leave Aberdeen at 5pm.

 

However, arrival into Kirkwall is expected to be delayed by up to an hour.

 

She is due to arrive in Lerwick at 7.30am.

Freight vessel the Helliar is to arrive in Aberdeen at 9pm – this is because of gale force winds disrupting her journey.
