Smiles as lifeboat open day draws crowds

All dressed up and ready for action on Saturday was seven year-old Caelan Leask.

Caelan, from Brae, was in his RNLI gear aboard the Lerwick lifeboat to help celebrate the RNLI’s open day.

Crowds turned out in their droves for the event, which featured emergency service displays and a trip around Bressay on-board the NorthLink ship, Hrossey.
