Vigor launches new thriller

Celebrated writer and former isles resident Millie Vigor has been back in Shetland promoting her latest book, The Winding Stair.

Vigor, whose writing career first took off with Kippers for Breakfast, was on hand to launch her new psychological thriller during an informal gathering at the Shetland Library last night.

She read extracts from the novel and answered questions about her work, and how she plans her story, plot and characters.

She was also on-hand today at The Shetland Times bookshop to sign copies of the novel and chat to customers.
