Church holds Christmas ‘walk through’ event

Innovative steps are being taken by Lerwick Baptist Church to mark the Christmas period.

Coronavirus has meant the usual jam-packed candle-lit carol service can not take place this year.

So, a “Walk Through” event is being staged this week, allowing pre-booked visitors the chance to pass by a huge number of Christmas trees and displays. Donations are being made to local charities.
