Coastguard deal with medivac

A patient has been flown to the Clickimin landing site in Lerwick by coastguard rescue helicopter this afternoon (Wednesday).

The helicopter was scrambled at around 11.50am to a platform around 106 miles north-east of Sumburgh.

A coastguard spokeswoman said they were then transferred to the Gilbert Bain Hospital.
