Bell’s Brae primary school to close due to flooding

Bells Brae Primary school in Lerwick

The primary department of Bell’s Brae school will close today (Wednesday) due to flooding.

The nursery and ASN departments will remain open, however, the SIC has said.

Flooding is said to have affected the three-storey block at the school, with parents and guardians informed and asked to collect children.
